Bookings & Appointments:

  • 50% Non-refundable deposit secures your booking.
  • Great News!!! All of our services are available with the PAY LATER option.
  • When you shop online, kindly make sure that you enter your details correctly.
  • If you have a proposed date & time that you would like to come in, kindly add it on the notes section when you shop online.
  • Direct Bank Transfer payment method requires you to pay the full invoice amount before coming in for your procedure.
  • Proof of payment must be emailed to bookings@pha2-tshedzo.co.za or our business WhatsApp on 079 614 5287 within 12 hours of booking in order for your booking to be confirmed & secured.
  • Once you are done with your payment, you will receive a booking confirmation.
  • Please note that all slots of dates & times are subject to availability.
  • Should your chosen time slot be occupied, we will then call you to provide you with available slots to choose from.
  • Once your new chosen slot is confirmed, we will send you a second booking confirmation with a new time slot.
  • All information to make your trip to us as smooth as possible will be sent to you along with your confirmation of time slot.
  • We work strictly on paid appointments. No payment, no confirmed booking.
  • Walk-ins will only be assisted upon availability of open slots on the day. NB: No waiting or queues allowed. We will require you to come back later at your given time slot.
  • All bookings paid with our payment plan service provider will be confirmed and you will have your appointment date set.
  • Your order or service will be provided after your initial instalment is paid & confirmed.
  • Once your pay later request has been approved, kindly communicate with us directly regarding your bookings or order.

Cancelation & change policy:

  • All Promotions are non-refundable.
  • Changes of appointment date & time made 2 days before appointment will be made according to client’s request without a charge.
  • Changes of appointment date & time made 24 hours before appointment will not be accepted.
  • Late comers (for any reason) will only be allocated the remaining time of their treatment/procedure. Strictly no time extensions for late clients.
  • Following clients will not be inconvenienced because of a late client.
